Bro kcgoh, Liabilities is 314 million, but Current Asset got 599 million, can not cover the liabilities meh? Why you said got Going Concern Issue? If want to settle the liabilities also must use Current Assets to settle the liabilities, not by selling his shares to settle the company liabilities leh!

I not happy with the performance of Ivory also for its year after year gross profit merely enough to cover operation expenses. Better sell off lah theJV lah if operation no efficiency.

Jan 29 rised to 0.995sen, volume 900 lot. But 500 lot was supported by share buy back. Today may be also share buy back. Dont think can cross RM1.01 lah!

That Banyan Mutiara land cost 1 billion, to be paid starting 2012 in 5 installment to Penang Gov.
Each installment is around 200 million, to be paid each year over 5 years perod. Question: How many installment Ivory already paid, any default on payment so far? What if default payment, land revert back to Penang Gov or what? Where Ivory can find 100 million per year? I assume Tropicana can help 100 million per year since they now partner each other. I have no doubt Tropicana can finance the 100 million but it is very questionable how Ivory able to gather 100 million a year to pay installment. Any new? hello the upstair ivory commentator!

I doubt the Pulai land so positive description in the Star article and Darens. Also i doubt the purchase is already completed and paid by Tropicana. Pulai is JB outskirt area, not centre of development as per Iskandar. The town ship may take 10 or 20 years to develop, Keck Seng also have a development there, KSeng land much more bigger than Tropicana Pulai land. That area close to Kangkar Pulai, have a lot of land but less population, so they said got POTENTIAL of development, no same as immediate development as Iskandar lah! For me thinking, that under water Plentong land is much more better deal than Pulai, unfortunately fail to acquire the Plentong land.

About the Gelang Patah land 500 million purchase, i think it was mention in one RHB analysis Report, but i could not find it again. By searching the web, i only manage to find this one, may be it refers to this one which is to purchase from Lee Plantation, although value is 366milion and not the 500 million in RHB report.

@darren: That 84.5 ekra under water Plentong land not as you claimed intended to purchase at 3.7 billion lah! It was intended to purchase from IWCity at 444 million, out of which 310 million intended to finance with bank borrowing, and intended to develop into a project worth gross development value 3.7 billion. This land purchase is canceled, but i think there is still another land purchase on going, i think is Galang Patah land, could be around 500 million, will up the borrowing and gearing ratio again.

Yes, i had analyse this stock for a long time. Low Tuck Wah able to buy cheaper from stock market partly help by his brother, consistently producing lousy result every quarter, partly also help by his two dogs, bark fiercely at passer by to scare them so that they throw their share cheap cheap and run away. Good lah Low Tuck Hwa, lucky man.

Funny Kananga gal, discount up to 67% on Trop RNAV, but discount just 50% on KSL RNAV, clearly she is promoting KSL now, inflated KSL GDV to 40 billion, i laugh when she mention 40 billion is still conservative. Beware of here, anytime suka suka revise up discount 50% to 63% to 67%.

Talking about him selling the whole company, actually i prefer him selling the whole company, since year after year not able to produce share holders value. Better sell lah the whole company to someone more capable. Suggest sell and merge with Tropicana lah! Or may be he can ask Tan Sri Lim Wee Chai got interested or not.
