Global market starts to cool down... money will flow back to Glove, which expect excellent result in next few quarters.

Why would someone bulk purchase at RM3.75 at the very last minute yesterdat evening, and suddenly it become so flat at RM 3.60 today.. can the sifu here enlighten me?

Maintain OUTPERFORM. It was highlighted in a recent call that the overall lead time has
been extended to 2022. Nitrile ASP is expected to rise by 10-15% in Sep (from 5%) and
>10% in Oct (from 5%). Top Glove’s 4Q results will be released on 17 Sep; our estimated
profit is >RM1.1 bn (+1283% YoY).

Vaccine – does it mean peak share prices?
The timing or the effectiveness of a vaccine is anyone’s guess, but we have attempted to revisit
history, i.e., the period of the SARS and H1N1 outbreaks to gauge the impact on glove stocks,
i.e., the timing of peak earnings as well as share prices.
During the SARS outbreak in 2002-03, despite the World Health Organization (WHO) officially
declaring SARS as an emergency in early Mar-2003, the glove stocks only started to move up
gradually from Apr/May-03 when the first set of strong quarterly results were reported. Positive
share price momentum continued even after WHO declared in Jul-2003 that the outbreak was
contained. Strong quarterly earnings for Top Glove continued until 4Q03 (announced in Oct2003) which coincided with the peak in share prices.

Its worth holding.. the PE ratio will keep going down with better financial result. I was on the level 5 for a long time, and finally yesterday i decided to average down. Now at mid level 4...

Today Glove share will go up.. its another decision point to keep or sell..

I am on the fifth floor, first post after learning so much from this forum. Very new in glove sector, and last few weeks the swing really affected my life. I check the price every 30min.. and no mood to do my work. Now I am numb, and I agree that if we do not need the money now, just hold and wait for next good news. The company is definitely going to release a positive financial result in few months time. Thanks for all the positive encouragement from some of the brothers and sisters here.. you comment really helped a lot when I was in panic mood. Now I have limited myself to check once a day... until the next good news arrives.
