Dear all, please do not chase while it's being pumped up to go ex on 19th. On that day, the share price will trade lower adjusted to the rights with warrants and the bonus issue. Do not, do not be caught at the high. This shall be the last leg and it's for those who are already in to sell high. Exercise caution.

Hasnur Fren, lol..... I hope you had made from this counter a well. Just remember one doctrine in investing, never never get in the frenzy when the share price is being jacked up. I strongly think they will drive it up after the egm.

Ccl, if you track back my previous posts, i maintained that i was in the warrants at 7 sen. After a 100% gain, I'm still not taking profit. Maintain my target of at least 20 sen for the warrants and about 60 for the mother. I believe in my judgment. Just ignore the noise and ride the waves. I'll see you up there.

Focus Malaysia reported 18th Oct that it is believed to be in talks with Walmart for a RM100m contract to supply shoes and sportswear to their outlets and in Biz Star today, it is reported that Walmart is planning to open another 110 Walmart outlets in China over next 3 years.

Charlie, they used to announce quarterly results on 20th. The last 2 announced on same date in May & Aug.

Stevie, if you noticed, the sellers are very well absorbed at every level it had scaled. The explosion of price will come as the Walmart news come through and when it's taken through all the authorities approvals for its rights with free warrants and bonus. Quarter results will be out 20th Nov, which is just round the corner.

Yk John, don't you worry about that now. You only need to ride the wave up to the rights and bonus. You're not going to subscribe to that. Nearer the ex date, you would have cashed out at the top already. Read my earlier posts.

Bone, don't worry, the warrants should be closing the premium gap as long as the mother goes up. The market is still playing to the Walmart story. Let's hold on tight and sail thru.

I personally think this stock still has a lot more room to go. For a stock to go, you need to create a platform for it to move forward. As the approvals from the relevant authorites come in, the stock would slowly be creeping up to factor in the bonus ELEMENTS that come together with the rights and also the free warrants. What more, with news on the potential Walmart orders. If they get it, this would be EPS enhancing. Personally think this could be beyond 40 sen cos the rights are offered at 35 sen. I think this time around, once and for all, they will push it becos the directors had been far too long upset with the depressed price. I'm looking at 20 sen for the warrants before I dispose. However, for info, I already got in at 7 to 8 sen.

Bone, be patient, once the mother penetrates the 40 to 45 range, the warrants will take on sen to sen.

I would personally cut loss and put the money in this counter cos similarly, they would also drive up the share price for the rights & bonus as well. The story here has to do with Walmart, the world's biggest retailer. However, I hope you would sell on its way up and not the other way round. Good luck.

Warrants trading at 3.5x gearing to the mother, should offer higher returns. Once the mother reaches 40 - 45, the warrant will be trading sen to sen.

Kevin, I was looking at this when it was hovering at 6.5 and waiting to see how the regularisation plan would pan out. Never in my mind, they would incorporate the Abu Dhabi earnings in this 4Q results.

And the restructuring involves a massive par value reduction of half at least, to be followed by rights issue. That's why the figure incorporated from the Abu Dhabi project to paint a good picture.

Kevin, that's what I tot too. It's a clear case of shiok sendiri cos the dateline for the PN17 is coming up round the corner, so it's very very dicy for those who chased the share price up. More of manipulation. Why take this in only in the 4th quarter? In 3rd quarter, it was still negative NTA at -17sen.

Food for thought. The eps only comes in strong in the 4th quarter when the CUMULATIVE 3rd quarter still recorded massive loss which resulted in negative NTA of -17sen. The profit from construction overseas can't just come in only in the final quarter. Had somewhere gone wrong?
