The Board of Directors ("Board") of CB Industrial Product Holding Berhad ("CBIP") is pleased to announce that AVP Engineering (M) Sdn Bhd (Company No.: 305825-A), a 51% owned subsidiary of CBIP, has received the Letter of Award ("LOA") dated 20 June 2013 from the Ministry of Housing and Local Government Malaysia.

Further information on the said LOA is set out as follows:
To supply, deliver, install, test and commission 100 units of 4x2 Prime Mover vehicle attached with water tank trailer with a capacity of 20,000 liters complete with main pump, engine and fire fighting equipment to the Fire and Rescue Department of Malaysia



Contract Amount - RM136,800,000.00

Jjtrader: I heard the same rumours, by taking over the company JCY will immediately increase market shares (Seagate orders).

I heard JCY is negotaiting to buy a company in Malaysia to push up market share, any insight?

to me, I think the 2nd quarter results is slightly below market expectation. Hence JCY give 3 sen dividend as appetizer (the 1st appetizer).

If the major shareholder is really wanna cash out, he will not just sell a small stake that does not warrant an announcement.

NKN1: If the major shareholder is selling, we should see it in Bursa announcement. Am I right?

I have a feeling the 2nd appetizer is in the making, not served yet.

If 2nd appitizer is real as mentioned by Lamken, price drop may not happen

Judging from previous interim dividend, it took 2 months from the announcement date to pay out. If this is the norm, the pay out date for 2nd interim will be mid July.any comment?

Fctmb:no shareholder approval is required for interim dividend. Now is the matter of when it is going to pay out.
