Yes. One good point was all the lands sold with gain. Now with umno is back to driving seat, I think they know well how to push economy with construction, this reflected in the movement of construction counters recently. Interest expense and sukuk profit really cutting down the profit. Compared to last year 2rd QR, Total bank borrowing added 38m to 2.993b...... Cash and bank balance dropped almost 50% to 277m, net cash decrease 246m... No joke. Without Meydan settlement and land sales, wct will be in very difficult position sooner or later. Hopefully, after these events, it is a turning point for wct.
