1. he is unware of the SIR and sold warrant to support mother share as it was keep on dropping
2. he is ware and its bad. he use warrabt to stop thr further drop in mother share
3. SaiR is positive and mother share will climb faster as warrant still at very high price. this is to cover thr force selling cost.
