While no one sure whether SD is a good company, except the bosses / insider, the price are cheap enough for minor risk vs reward investment (my honest opinion). remember even company at loss (AA) has a price at the open market, and even the best fundamental listed company, I won't buy at it at fair price, let alone overvalued price, only consider to buy when it is undervalued where there are enough upside reward, vs risk

@canon911 even if all the fundamental are all proven to be valid, I won't be interested to invest at the already high price of RM1.60, but in this crisis or fear, uncertainty, I see opportunity. It is not like the rest of the listed company are not riskless. I take DIgi for example, it's price is merely csupported by it's ability to generate profit, consistence dividend, without any NTA basis. If it is hit by crisis, any crisis, not nescessary fraud scandal like this one, where it's ability to continue to provided recurring profit / dividend is taken away, it's price sure will shrink back to it's NTA at max, which is from RM4 to RM0.08

sometime we just have to risk, try to catch the bottom when it is at historical low, we are not hero, not supporter, it is not our duty to support this stock, is it just risk vs reward probability investment. we are not going to all in this situation, the worst to expect is the company proven to be fraud, net asset become 0 or negative due to debt overload, company become delisted. we accounted all this in. but only at what chance it is really going to happen. all the naysayers here talk like it is confirmed that the company is fraud, only if that is the case than I agree this company worth nothing, won't even buy at RM0.005

This company making good earning for many years, same auditor passed their QR for many years, giving dividend consistently (at current price it is more than 8% DY). This company has worthy net assets. what funny is people rather invest on AA company with negative net asset, has hard time to recover from losses to pay it's debt even after the pandemic ended

if continue to trade at this price level, which is about 10% premium, I rather just wait for the exercise of the privatization, where I can get at least RM2, and also save some brokerage fee for selling the share manually (the is no service charge to receive privatization payment like receive dividend if I am not mistaken)
