Csc is at PE10 while choobee is at PE 7. With the anticipated selldown, choobee will be at PE 6 with a special dividen of 9 sen that translates to 4.5%. Any investor can easily identify which one is a better buy :)

my guess is that he will later promote CSCSTEL instead :)
