pertaining to the above matter, the Board of Directors of JCY is pleased to announce that the Company has complied with the public shareholding spread requirement pursuant to Paragraph 8.02(1) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad following the disposal of 5,500,000 shares by a Director of the Company, Dato' Tan Shih Leng on 21 October 2015 and 22 October 2015 respectively.
