RainT, you are right. Cash is reducing fast, but also mean fast expansion. I believe this is still a good debt cause the debt ratio not that high anyway. Plus the deferred revenue is increasing, mean the company just need to provide the service, then it can be realized as actual revenue. For me still good prospect in coming months, you may sell if you not comfortable with current company cash position.

Top up more at 0.765 and 0.77. At least the sky is clear, company still doing well and expected to be better by end of this year. If continue going down now, I'll be more happier to buy more.

Probably the earning for QHK won't reflect on Q4 result because company announce approved acquisition on Dec 2017 while QSI acquisition was approved on Oct 2016. Maybe I'm wrong.. Anyway, I'm still decided to hold till QR release..

If refer to old news few months ago, acting CEO said India will surpass SG in terms of revenue in 2018. After checking first 9month FY2017 result, SG revenue 60mil, India revenue 11mil.

With this huge difference, is either this CEO try to bluff investors or he really see huge potential for earning growth in India.

1. Jony Raw bought in roughly 2mil share at range 0.9-1.05.
2. private placement issue additional share at 0.84 and 0.79. (no idea who is paying for this)
3. First payment to QHK director (Law Chee Yii) will be 30,612,245 at 0.98 = RM30mil.

I really doubt the price will continue to drop till 0.7, this will show that those big shareholders very stupid to pay such high price.
Therefore I rather believe they wanna shake off weak holders before release QR. We'll see who is right in next 2-3 months

chen Fook Ming, you have no wrong about your rule of thumb PE10. It just not applicable for every company especially in tech stock..If you see any tech stock with PE<10, you can share with us anyway..
