whatever the plan they propose, remember right now the NTA is still 0.03 and the last 2 quarters total loss RM38mil. Their business is still in "red". I don't see their proposal or plan how to make profit. Be careful, don't be caught again!

yes agree. as commented before, it will take months to lift PN17. So, is it the right price to buy now or later? its very subjective.

actually the settlement share is only 17 cents and warrant 3 cents; or total 20 cents is for 1 share and 1 warrant....

Still Long wait for Pn17 to be lifted. They hv up to end of 2013 to submit regularisation plan to bursa and then few more mths wait for approval of plan, implementation and approval for lifting pn17. May be end 2014? Now,serious problem is last 2 qtr still loss, how to plan for recover? How to convince bursa? Guys, Be cautious!!

Profit taking, bought at 13, switching to other stock. Very weak balance sheet. Still need to repay 44.8 mil loan in less than 8 months. If another rights issue, earnings will be even diluted! The current sh price is not reflecting the real value of the co. NTA only 0.03. Very risky.

Hw, question for gaspman: quarter loss rm28mil is not entirely from asset impairment of rm20.69 because they also revalue the land and revaluation surplus rm15.33mil, thus net loss from revaluation only rm5.36mil. So, why still have quarter loss of est. rm25 mil??

They still hv rm40mil at bank from last right issue. Don't panic!
