yes i agreed, the project might be leaked earlier and PDZ and Sanichi are forced to make a joint statement afterwards. And this project I think is true, as it is even reported by MIDA. These are the authority body looking at investment inside Malaysia, they will surely confirm this info. So I think its legit and only time will tell.
