Master agreement hasn't been sign. Conditions precedent to the agreement of puncak's selling it's water businesses have not yet completed. Monday is the deadline and Rozali is not going to extend anymore. If Rozali refused to extend, then today's signing of supplemental agreement would become a non-event and puncak will still plunge.
