KUALA LUMPUR: Trive Property Group Bhd has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with China-based Hubei Guang Bo New Energy Co Ltd on a joint collaboration in the field of renewable energy.
Trive said in a statement yesterday that under the MoU, the companies would jointly conduct research and development, production, assembly, distribution and marketing of power generation systems, including the off-grid/grid-connected wind power generation system.
“The collaboration aims to enhance the benefits of harnessing renewable energy through the use of solar-power generation system and the wind-solar complementary power generation system,” it said.
Trive executive director Kua Khai Shyuan said Hubei Guang would also share with the company its technical know-how on manufacturing at Trive’s plant in Kulim, Kedah.
The collaboration would provide Trive with the opportunity to gain additional capacity and technological knowledge in the renewable energy sector by tapping Hubei Guang’s specialised technical staff and patented technology. – Bernama

I was being told by the broker that I'll receive a mail from Bursa with details on the conversion to mother share. Anyone knows what's the URL for the same mail content that I can download by myself in bursa's website?

@Noraini Ismail: Thank you very much for the kind advice. I actually don't have 100k in my possession haha. As I'm looking for a serious reply, I input 100k to avoid sarcastic reply that comes wih smaller number of units.

But still, I'm very much interested to understand how the conversion works & the procedure involved hence I threw in a last minute support.

Question, what is the exact definition of "subscribe"? Is it to buy & hold the share for long term period for positive return?

Newbie here but is there any place that I can refer to for the procedure of converting OR to mother (apart from calling up my broker). Perhaps anyone here that is kind enough to describe the scenario of having let's say 100,000 OR with no mother share? What will happen after today if I didn't sell the 100 lot? Is the procedure complicated to begin with?
