（吉隆坡3日訊）前稱拉穆尼亞（Ramunia）的TH重工（THHEAVY，7206，主板貿服組）表示，引入郭令燦家族參股，有助於提昇企業價值及保障未來融資資源。

目前，該公司競標超過20億令吉合約，對於未來展望秉持“審慎而樂觀”的看法。

該公司主席拿督阿茲占在股東特大後表示，除了現有大股東朝聖基金局，亦希望通過其他股東，如依靠郭令燦家族企業的各種國際商務網絡及關係，為TH重工帶來更多附增價值及提供融資便利。

“作為股東之一，當我們需要融資或其它資金援助時，相信郭氏不會袖手旁觀。”

至於郭令燦家族是否派代表進入董事部，阿茲占表示，目前郭氏家族並無任何代表進駐，而且對方也暫無此要求。

與美國McDermott
聯營進軍區域市場

自該公司宣佈私下配售10%新股予郭令燦旗下資產GuoLine資本及其幼子郭公升（譯音）後，TH重工股價從今年5月6日起應聲而漲，截至5月31日止，25天內總共上漲39.5仙或90.80%，至83仙。

不過，今日該股收盤掛78仙，下跌5仙或6.02%。

該公司股東今日通過與美國McDermott國際的聯營計劃，未來雙方將合作進軍區域市場。

阿茲占表示，目前正與McDermott國際競標總值10億令吉工程、採購、建築、安裝和啟動（EPCIC）合約，預計今年10月可獲知結果，另外也在國內競標10億令吉合約，其中價值2億令吉合約結果料在7月宣佈。

目前，該公司工程訂單為3億零100萬令吉，所有競標工程合約總值20億令吉。

對於是否放眼其它海外市場，該公司董事經理兼首席執行員諾巴里補充，除了已成功獲取的印度合約，相信在現有McDermott國際聯營的加持之下，亦放眼中東及正在開放的緬甸市場。（星洲日報／財經）

not really sharing......... saw the statement from Bursa Tabung Haji acquired total 2 million share at 22 & 23 May. If the company no future, they wont invest. Same like Quek family.......

As of March, TH Heavy Industries (THHEAVY, 7206, motherboard trade services group) held 240 million ringgit orders, including Murphy Oil had just snatched 190 million ringgit contract.

With continued awarded new contracts the company is confident to produce positive earnings performance.
