Yes posco acquired 70% in one of their subsidiary several years back.. Now prestar owns 30% of it

Prestar's associate company posco mkpc is also one of the vendors for Proton and Perodua as well...

Directors foresee that the company will do well in the future i guess...

Despite the slightly higher debts by the company, the company has been making good profits in comparison to their competitors...
