yup agree... but I understand that E&P stocks u cannot get immediate return like other stocks. u have to keep your shares for a longer period. The asset that they bought is still in early production, 20 years to go to develop those fields!

I heard the Q4 results are improving since oil price is up and their production also up

No, from my understanding, the placement will only takes place if there are dissenting shareholders at the EGM (up to 25%) to fund the 25% of the total value of Reach Energy shares held by dissenting shareholders
