（吉隆坡18日訊）空中導航服務收費（ANFC）上調、私下配售20%股權和Rayani航空停飛等消息，讓亞洲航空（AIRASIA，5099，主板貿服組）近期成為鎂光燈焦點，分析員認為，ANFC調幅比預期低，料不會對公司帶來太大衝擊，而兩大股東認股更有望強化投資者對公司未來前景的信心。
大馬交通部長拿督斯里廖中萊表示，ANFC將分階段進行，最高漲幅為一倍，達證券認為，這將給航空業者足夠的喘息空間。
“我們對新收費持｀中和’態度，主要是我們相信亞航可透過提高機票價格抵銷，並有望大大提振市場信心。”
佔營運成本少於0.2%
亞航披露，公司每年支付800萬令吉的ANFC，佔2015財政年營運成本或營業額的0.17%或0.13%，因此ANFC調高一倍對總營運成本的影響不會超過0.2%。
達證券說，航空公司料將部份成本轉嫁消費者，假設亞航將50%成本轉嫁，平均機票價格料不會上漲超過一令吉，因此相信不會顯著打擊需求。
至於私下配售活動，肯納格研究表示，相關活動意在減低負債、資本開銷和總部開銷，但市場的疑問在於為何丹斯里東尼費南達斯和拿督卡瑪魯丁同意以每股1令吉80仙為公司注資10億令吉，而不選擇在風暴期間，股價一度低見78仙的時候下手。
“我們相信兩人當時確實有意願增持股權，但最終礙於融資困難和亞航突發賣壓而作罷。”
該行補充，兩大股東在認股後，將持有亞航32.4%股權，略高於強制性全面獻購（MGO）的33%門檻，意在為進一步賣壓作準備，以在未來股價暴跌之際，通過增持股權至MGO水平來護盤。
在綜合上述因素後，肯納格研究相信在油價低迷及聯號公司營運改善下，亞航前景良好，而達證券更調高其2016至2018財政年盈利目標1.8%至5.9%。

One should not look at the share price or how many cents this counter has gone up recently... to determine whether this share can buy or not.

Always refer to PE ratio.... this is the only indicator to determine if share price is still cheap, or expensive.

I still can remember when, AAB counter was

a. 1.7x... it dropped till 1.6x
b. 1.8x... it dropped till 1.7x
c. 1.9x... it dropped till 1.8x

This is so-called consolidation.

I strongly believe that Airasia will go back to 2.1x very soon.

One should look at the fundamental of Airasia, and most importantly, its PE ratio still very low.

It is normal that uptrend stock may drop few cents in its path of going up.

Agree that negative sentiment is still there, investors tend to put on hold.

However, negative impact should have been reflected in the share price as it has dropped from 1.97 to 1.88

EPS 40 cents, 1.90/0.40 = PE 4.75

minus 4 cents is 36 cents, 1.90/0.36 = PE 5.2

Airasia brings a lot of tourists, revenue and benefit to Malaysia, sad to see that government not only not supporting them, but...

A simple mathematics will tell,

a. 120,000,000 (120 millions) divided by total number of Airasia shares as of today, 2,700,000,000 (2,700 millions) is just 4 cents per share. Today's correction from 1.97 to 1.91 already 6 cents. That means this news (although not yet finalized) has already reflected in the share price.

b. 160,000 flights per year, and average 150 passengers per flight.
Divide 120,000,000 by 160,000 then by 150 = RM 5
That means, Airasia can easily pass this charge to the passenger by merely increase the air ticket price of RM 5.

It is just my 2 cents.
