A new RWLV integrated resort will surely attract crowds especially post pandemic that people rush to have vacation.

California state which is 6th world largest economic is just 3-4 hours drive from Las Vegas.

And, other state tourist will fly to Las Vegas airport.

Las Vegas convention center is now linked to RWLV with tunnel, project has been started.

TP rm12 is really achievable in 2 years.

Before pandemic, Genting EPS is around 60 cents.

Resort World Las Vegas is going to open this summer 2021, assuming it will contribute 20 cents - this is achievable because of US shall complete its vaccinations for more than 70% citizens in May 2021 (according to Fauzi earlier).

EPS : 60 cents + 20 cents = 80 cents.

Casino stock normally its PE is more than 20. We, be conservative, PE 15 for Genting means 80 cents x 15= rm 12.

Carisozai, if you study Genting properly, you shall find that the Resort World Catskill (by Empire Inc) started the operation in 2018.

How can a new casino made money immediately ? Even Genting Singapore takes about 3-5 years to show today strong financial results.

As comparing with the expansion process such as Osaka Casino tender via tender, then construction, then opening... Genting just acquired Empire Inc. and owns the Resort World Catskill and its gambling license.

I believe that Genting management investment in Empire is right choice and shall be showing positive results in next few years.
