True enough, I topped up both at quite high price 2 days ago also but I averaged down yesterday only for Esceram and that resulted me to make more from Esceram compare to HLT. And the reason I dare to average down for Esceram was due to its fundamental.

For those guests who stayed at high level luxury hotel room, here is my recommendation to you:

1. Got money - average down

2. No money - continue to hold

3. Need money - sell all and don't come back again because this counter is not for the faint hearted

RSI 53 quite attractive but it went lower before (once in Feb and Mar)

I think the company has cash idling in the bank and not doing expansion so lend this hotel money thru RPS to earn some return better than bank. But after MCO the boss also scared now and reduced the borrowing from RM12.3 mil to RM2.3 mil. Someone please correct me if I'm wrong.
