Vanachai group is Thai company whose has the same nature business as Hevea. Profit margin jump 100% from last quarter. From the price movement, HEvea profit must be very good.

Vanachai Group Public Co. Ltd. announced consolidated and company earnings results for the second quarter and six months ended June 30, 2014. For the quarter, on consolidated basis, the company reported net profit of THB 126,392,000 compared to net loss of THB 164,507,000 a year ago. EPS was THB 0.10 compared to LPS of THB 0.13 a year ago. The company and its subsidiaries have the total revenue from sales in amount of THB 2,588.2 million which is increasing from the year 2013 at equivalence of THB 651.5 million or approximately by 34%. These caused, the world economic is likely to be rebounded, which the sale total revenue of the company increasing from the year 2013. the net profit has increase THB 290.9 million or 177% for the main reasons: the total sales has increased THB 651.5 million, due to sales volume of Particleboards has increased by 59%. The average price of MDF Board has increased by 10%. Net cash flow used operating activities is THB 41.4 million, increase by THB 689.7 million from the previous year because of increase in trade and other receivable by THB 659.3 million, revenue department receivable by THB 73.5 million, increase in the inventories by THB 649.4 million, increase trade and other payable by THB 298.5 million and decrease advance received from customers by THB 110.9 million. For the six months, on consolidated basis, the company reported net profit of THB 194,403,000 compared to net loss of THB 281,849,000 a year ago. EPS was THB 0.15 compared to LPS of THB 0.22 a year ago. For the quarter, on company basis, the company reported net profit of THB 82,819,000 compared to net loss of THB 9,707,000 a year ago. EPS was THB 0.06 compared to LPS of THB 0.01 a year ago. For the six months, on company basis, the company reported net profit of THB 77,769,000 compared to net loss of THB 80,387,000 a year ago. Vanachai group go up another 30 cents or 5% to TB 6.35.

Yesterday, Vanachai group share( Thailand) increased by 8% or TB 0.45 from TB 5.60 to TB 6.05. The group 2 nd quarter result is due to announce and definately must be a good quarter. Last week, the share went up by more than 20%. Hopefully, next week is Evergreen turn to go up up.......

It is not easy to get informations about Evergreen since the company stop issuing data about market pricing. Thank you very much.

This time, I try not to go into same situation, to reduce impact on my investment in case of market turn, I started to buy YTLREIT from my liquidation of Pmetal shares at average price of Rm 0.92. I had received first dividend of 2.08 cents a month plus ago and going to get the second dividend of 2.4848 cents by end of the month. I intended not to go into buying any shares from now onward until market corrected significantly and keep Ytlreit for dividend. KC, am I in the right strategy? Or what is your advise? Thank you.

TQ KC. I bought some Pmetal 2 year plus ago at around Rm 1.70. Lately the price shoot up very fast from Rm 2.2 and when it came to Rm3.50, I fear that the price will turn around and my profit will erase. So, my decision to start selling from Rm 3.50 to 3.72 for 50% of the share to lock in the profit. However, the share keep going up and when it touch Rm 4.50, my feeling told me that I have enough profit and start to liquidate another 50% from Rm 4.51 to 4.80. The share continue to go up to Rm 5.80 yesterday. I am please to make good profit from the share. KC, is my investment strategy ok? If you are in my position, what is your strategy? TQ

Natural gas keep dropping mean urea price is dropping too. Main component of glue manufacturing is urea and also mean that glue cost is dropping too. Rubber price is dropping and more rubber estates will chop down the old trees for replanting. Main cost of MDF board is rubber logs which is about one third of the production cost. Glue cost is about one quarter of the production cost. The rest is labour and utility cost. So I think the company may turn to profit second quarter and continue into next quarter.

Aluminium price hit another high this year and warehouse stock at low again also

World Cup is over, Pmetal is up again. Aluminium price is year high and warehouse stock is year low.

Because most small players are already taken profit and they are no more in Pmetal.

Can any one found out that Sinopec(China)/Knm at Rapid Project was disqualified and lost the project to Toyo Engineering group. Is true, Knm will not get the Rm1.8B.

My experience with call warrant was KNM 4 years ago. Exercise price Rm2.00, ratio at 4:1. Price KNM at Rm3.20, KNM-CB at Rm0.28. which is 2 cents below actual value. I started to accumulated. 2 weeks before expired, the operator started to dump KNM to near Rm2.00. The last 5 days average price of KNM were used to calculate the final settlement price, and I loss significant on the Call Warrant. From then, I never touch Call Warrant again as it was no fair to us. My advise based on my experience only.

If by next May and June,2015, Pmetal price at Rm3.50, Ca and Cb will be zero value. High risk! If Ca at Rm 0.30, Pmetal price must be at Rm5.98.

Aluminium warehouse stock dropped to one year low indicated demand is up and price will up too. Turnover per quarter is near to Rm900M and will boost further ahead.

Unexpected dividend of 5 cents for 1st quarter. May be more to come as the result will get even better over next few quarters.

Secured a big project from Rapid.

The drawn down of Aluminium from warehouse stock is about 10000 ton per day for last two weeks. Good sign of Aluminium price will go up.

Based on Rm 0.225 for Pmetal-CA, you are only break even when price of Pmetal gone up to Rm 5.38 on 28/5/2015, one year from now. Conversion price = Rm 3.58 and ratio 8:1, the calculation is = Rm 3.58 + 8 x Rm 0.225 = Rm 5.38. Be careful of your hard earn money.

Pmetal, trend wise, it is still intact. Support at Rm3.40. First resistance at Rm3.78 and next one at Rm4.00 Last Thursday and today, about 4000k Pmetal-LA conversion, expected some sellers to be there. Last two sections, when price dropped below Rm3.48, buyers start to queue. Strong support at Rm3.40.

I just completed my conversion of Pmetal-LA to mother share. Submission on 2/5/2014 and received on 15/5/2014, it was about 2 weeks time.

Hope to break Rm3.78 and heading for Rm4.00. Then Ca will continue to go up. Good job.

From Monday trading report, seller subsided, next cycle of upturn is developed. Rm4.00 is able to realize soon. Target price of Rm4.50.

I prefer to use target price to sell instead of time. Next cycle, I expect to go above Rm 4.00 and might hit Rm 4.50.

Today, volume done at Rm3.47 & 3.48 was about 1600k of total 1946k traded. Such a big volume of sellers were absorpted by the strong buyers. Profit taking after price went up 65% was normal. But, confirmed that the big player is still there and if the sellers subside next few days, then up trend will continue.

Pmetal, in chart wise , is quite similar to Yinson and Cmsb which both companies end up in bonus or right issue.

Game not over yet. Big player still accumulate share.

Pmetal's price went up 60% last 3 weeks and if it is speculative, the price will drop back in near future. I observed that last Friday, when Pmetal's price hit 3.72( history high) at around 9:15 am, LB and Arank hit 0.815 and 0.71 at almost same time respectively; both are year high. So, if Pmetal's price continue to go up, LB and Arank may follow.

Pmetal has yet made any big announcement despite price went up 60%. So far, only upgrading from banks. May go further up, I guess.
