Trading volume before closing last Friday was unbelievable record high. 22 mio shares traded just in last 10 minutes snapped up at seller price, mostly bulk volume.

Yes it has broken the resistance price of 0.845. The next phase will be the markup after the accumulation phase.

The market cap even before any shares dilution last 5 years in 2018 already above RM9bil. So if based on current NOSH issued abt 4.45m, the share now should be valued above RM2.

All other properties counters aldy at 5 years record high like ecowld/ioipg/mahsing but this sp still not yet reach there. This is a laggard stock. Just matter of time before it play the catch up.

If not for Amanahraya doing, the price should be on uptrend. They want to make quick buck from the conversion than to ride for bigger capital gain.

Agreed your point. As both Tony/Kharuiddin is the main s/h, the least they can do now is to instill to public their confidence in their own founded co. They may restrict the amount as a guarantor up to the % of their shareholding in the company. Or if not at least a certain fixed amount just to show to public their confidence in the co. No one else know better than them the inside out condition of the co. than them. No one want to see AA gone bust as many still hope to see AA survive this crisis as everyone still hopeful of getting a refund including me.

Logically thinking, as a shareholder, with facts that:

1. Understand KPMG auditor has been with SD for 7 years and is getting a fat fees paid by SD. They willing to risk their service/ fees being terminated by highlighting some doubt acccounts numbers which they cannot verified to SC / Bursa , VS

2. Statement by newly appointed chairman who only in for few days when making the PC together with a highly profile lawyer linked to the country big profile's case, both also must be paid well by SD.

SD continue to put blame on the auditors. They should just show proof to all what are correct if what highlighted by auditors are not the truth. Instead they choose to blame auditors who is just doing their duty in accordance to act. and label them as shoplot auditors, gangsters etc.

Strange why in the Press Conf, the CFO is not there? Normally both CEO n CFO will be key persons in a co.

Group as stated in Sections 3 and 8 of the Offer Document

(ii) to trade or sell their Boilermech Shares in the open market if the
market price is higher than the Offer Price as the trading of
Boilermech Shares is liquid.

Check bursa announcement on 4th Dec by the independant adviser to s/holders, confirm the listing status will be maintained. They also advise s/holders to reject the offeror RM0.95 offer price as the price is not fair and not reasonable.

Ecowld has reduced its gearing/borrowing over the years. As the co. is not over geared and was able to generate consistent profit/cash flow to repay and reduce its loan is a good sign.

Can we still sell the shares in bursa after the take over? I thought after the take over, Boilermech Bhd will be delisted.

LKS is a man of his word. He delivered what he said. The group shall pose for further grow in its share price with better sales and profit.

Is good news that LKS has at last came to a decision to abort the merger deal. Plus +ve comments from him that the group has started the year with good sales and look to a much better year to come.

This LKS has never to date said to the mkt what is the main benefit to Ecowld to continue discussion with UEM on the merger. Don't really see the rationale except to have backing from Gov/ Khazanah as the main shareholders.

More important is the potential for capital appreciation. Other big players like IOIPG/Gamuda/IJM/SP Setia has started to move its price to pre-covid level aldy or near 52 weeks .

FD you need to hold 1 year to earn full 2.5%. Now the 2 cents, assuming if pay within next 1-2 mths.

Ya just look at the NTA of this stock, is at RM1.59 p/sh. But its now trading only at 0.515. Is at super undervalued 33% of its NTA. Just like you are now buying a RM1 mil hse at only RM333k. Moreover, now with 2 cents dividend, is far better than FD rate.

That is before vaccine news. Now with vaccination being rolled up globally, things had changed. The seller might not want to sell anymore considering things are improving. EPS is trending up Q2Q. Cash flow improved. Even if l want, l would want to relook at the offer price, based on current price and sentiment with recovery theme play , recovery stocks are in uptrending now. Just like banks, genm, padini.

The deal is still not on l guess. i think the price is proposed by the buyer UEM then in early Oct 20 based on the average price then abt 0.38 to 0.40 then marked up by abt 25% just like if you want to take a co private to arrive at 0.47.

Hope it will not follow EWINT price suddenly down from day high.
