Conversion price of ibhd-lb oat 0.68. What does it actually mean? If i have 10000 unit of ibhd-lb now and i exercise the conversion.. How many units of ibhd mother shares can i get after the conversion?

GOB are issuing free warrant as well for the rights share taken up.. is that a good things?

（吉隆坡24日讯）环球东方（GOB，1147，主板产业股）宣布进行一连串企业活动，包括削资及发售附加股送凭单。

公司通过文告指出，把每股面值1令吉的股票，削减50仙，至每股面值50仙。

从削资活动取得的1亿1366万9160令吉，将成为公司的资本储备。

在完成这项活动之后，公司将以每2股普通股配2股附加股送1凭单的方式，发售2亿2733万8321股附加股，及送1亿1366万9160免费凭单。

假设每股发售价为50仙，公司可从中筹集接近1亿1367万令吉。

环球东方表示，将使用这笔资金偿还债务、营运资本，及相关企业活动的开销。

虽然这项活动将冲淡其每股盈利，但是稀释的程度视于使用上述资金后赚取的回酬而定。

该公司预计在今年末季完成这一系列企业活动，并为未来净利带来正面贡献。
