It's mentioned in UP's quarter result. Just a formality of disposing land.

Crane business probably is in the bottom of the cycle, since 2013. Even though the quarter result isn't well, as long as the company is well managed, efficient in allocating its resources and low gearing, it can withstand hardship and have the endurance to thrive the sector recovers.

As you can see, Singapore's Tat Hong (crane leasing business) is having privatization, the insiders understand the business better than we do. I don't know when would be sector be recover nor optimistic on this, but this would be a good signal to be contrarian.

Pc Tan, couldn't agree more with you on the relative strength of Muhibah with other construction sector.
While on coming Q result, can't be sure if it would be positive or optimistic.

As I see it, as long as the company is well managed and efficient in their capital allocation, it would be probably optimistic in winning bids with low pricing.

Realization of the actual book value is one of many good reason to support the speculation (in other words-->capital gain, here, rather than dividend return).
I agree that it is least expected to see KKP to pay a single sen. We can't be truly certain of the outcome, but as long as it's a pretty good odd to make a bet...while looking at 'total return' perspective.
