Hi small boy, somemore knm subsidary company: borsig failed to listed in singapore stock market. Which mean they failed to raise capital, so they will try right issue plan. This month end, they will issue 4th quarter result. I expect their result will be very favarouble and shares price will hit RM 1.50. Then only they will annouce their proposal for right issue.

Hi smallboy, with high shares price . They can maximise the cash receipt for right issue plan. This is their tactic. But after right issue finish , shares price will drop sharply.

Knm lack of cash flow , they probably want to move up the shares price. Then raised money through right issue exercise which mean high shares price , they will get more cash flow when shareholder subcrise to right issue shares.
