downtrend is not simply defined as price which used to be high, now it's low then we simply call it downtrend.. there's a certain level, certain indicators need to be considered..and of coz need to consider for each tf..if it is below that certain level or certain indicators are showing it is downtrend, then it can be considered as downtrend..like serbadk, by TA, it looks downtrend..just sharing..feel free to disagree

i think this is not yet severe downtrend..need to look at tf monthly and weekly as well..if serbadk maybe could be said as severe downtrend..my 2 cents..
