Anyone can explain a bit why CIMB want to push to lower price ?
i thought if the market price is higher , the person who buy warrant can buy at the exercise price with bigger margin if the exercise price is lower than the market price at expiry date.
Anyone mind to help me clear the doubt?

i thought if the market price is higher , the person who buy warrant can buy at the exercise price with bigger margin if the exercise price is lower than the market price at expiry date. The higher the stock market price, the better for warrant right theoretically.
Anyone mind to help me clear the doubt?
