looking at the long distance from Crotia to Raku, Kazaks is 4400km
passing thru at least 4 countries. why does Halim buy rig from Crotia ?
is Crotia known to be rig supplier to the oil industry ?
Halim can buy from Asia, price and distance could be more advantages ?

hakim, why r u so confident on Kazak oil field?hopefully is not another Oman field that hibiscus is drilling.
if Kazak field got proven oil, why dont Kazak gov give to their own Kazak company, no matter how small the company is bcos govt can provide $$ and field is proven. why Kazak govt want to give to Halim? and make him rich instead of making Kazak company/their own people rich?
really dread this is another hibiscus Oman.
