SD's proposal is mad. The earliest they would be able to repay is 2024. They are saying they might need another 2-3 additional scheme of arrangments since this first scheme will only deal with 15% of the debts. And this 15% too will be paid in 3 instalments.

Hi Danny, yes. Bursa had sought for various prayers in their Originating Summons. And from my reading of SDs announcement, it does comply with the prayers/court order dated 7th Feb.

Neohts, the announcement by SD was in line with what Bursa wanted (From Bursa's Originating Summons). If Bursa does not lift the suspension, then I really dont know what else Bursa wants.

Everyone has different views. Some may want to exit asap. Some may want to buy even more if it drops considering it may still be a good investment in the long run.

With the FFU announcement, suspension should be lifted now. Trading should restart monday onwards

2. SD wont reveal the FFU and face contempt proceedings.
3. SD's lawyers will file a review (purely to buy time).

FFU wont be released. Next will try to get stay from Court of Appeal.
