there is always a question raised on whether to average down or cut loss, when a company is still profitable, while share price declining, i think it is better to average down instead of cutting losses :)

just now i was reading the old news on instaco acquire into neata group, there is a subsidiary company called, Vivocom Enterprise Sdn Bhd, which is involved in civil engineering and construction, wondering is it a signal of instaco confident on getting some tower construction contract in this coming year :)

as a telco services provider in malaysia, xox considered as a small player only, they need more marketing, more coverage through out malaysia but not only focusing on especially penang areas :)
