Under the Scheme of Arrangement, for every RM0.40 owed the Scheme Creditors (SC) are issued with 4 Settlement Shares at RM0.10 per share and 3 free Warrants.

ETI-WA closed today @ RM0.03. Commission and expenses aside, if these SC managed to dispose all their warrants, they will recover RM0.09 out of RM0.40 owed. In such scenario, all that remain now is for the SC to recover the balance RM0.31 by disposing the Settlement Shares. ETI closed @ RM0.065 today, which will yield the SC RM0.26 if they are able to unload the Settlement Shares fully.

So if the SC can dispose all their Settlement Shares and free warrants today, they will recover RM0.35 (RM0.26 from the Settlement Shares and RM0.09 from the free warrants), they are still short of RM0.05 out of
RM0.40 owed.

I am sure the SC will want to recover the debts owed them, now of course via and/or from the market. Let's see how the game is played out.
