- lodge a police report as this is a criminal offence,
- Investigation must be conducted to find out the mastermind behind and suspend his/her directorship in the board

KNM's company secretary reports directly to Gan and CMLeong. The CoSec is no longer independent under their charge. It has been reported that CMLeong infringes the shareholders' rights by tampering with the proxy forms submitted to KNM office. He filled in the blank forms and altered the contents to their favor. This is a very serious crime. This heinous act has been reported to the authorities and other shareholders are urge to do the same which includes lodging of police report.

Gan is not an engineer and doesn't hv any professional qualifications. Her combined shareholding with her family is less 10% now. As reported, she doesn't come to office and attend to operations, yet drawing monthly salary of 6 figure per month. We, as minority is making up more than 7x%, why are we letting the mother and daughter team helming the company. We demand the company to be run by professional management. Let's vote them out
