The key con on the receivables is partly reduced in the latest quarter result (Q3 2021).

I attempted to understand the business better through IR, however the answers do not provide further food for thought. If anyone has any additional facts or info, appreciate it if you can share. I am not looking for sell or buy comments.

I don't think there is a need for "stronger" managerial control. He is already in control, hence having a higher stake has no meaning. Another thing is the RM 275 K is not only for sensor hardware, but also include manpower, engineering design/development work, software, construction, possibly land clearing, or/and other hardware such as telecommunication cables etc.

@RJ87. Interesting you said Datuk Liew mentioned that he has new projects and patents coming in Q2 2022. Can you share more? I think another perspective is ARBB don't do enough IR sharing. It is difficult to know what are the progress on ARBB businesses. It would be good if they emulate companies in the SGX and provide information/document in Bursa for the public to digest.

Listing on NASDAQ is actually good news for existing shareholders. It allows an exit/partial exit. The PE is very low with the enlarged share population, indicating undervalue. With the near changing share population in every quarters and the lack of SSHs hinder a better understanding of the counter. Datok Larry Liew and IR are also bad in PR and communicating the necessary to shareholders.
