This is a good stock . What I do not like is ----- Indonesia rupiah falls faster than Ringgit hence earnings in the future will be affected -------- depends on how bad the rupiah falls .
Further I believe the whole market will eventually go lower ------- but slowly slowly ---- just look at how aggressive the ( Govt ) trying to PUMP will tell you a thing or two !

Most Bondholders have voted .

This company has seriously underestimated the ANGER of the Bondholders .
It doesn't pay any interest or principal when debt is due ---------- and just ask Bondholders to stand down ?

Once the product comes onto the market , there is really NO CHANCE for anybody to exit without making a LOSS .
Check with your bankers if the product will EVER be priced above Rgt 1 ( assume the most ideal scenario )
Then come back and PROVE me wrong !

My issue is this ---- if maybank opens a Fund and invested in its own Bonds and payment to Investors is dependent on set of criteria eg klibor capped at say 4% .
Doesn't this mean -----
When Investors gets interest , then Maybank loses as need to pay bond interest .
When Maybank wins ( no need to pay interest to investors ) , then Investors loses due to criteria exceeded .
Why would this QUALIFY as an INVESTMENT and still sold in the market ?

Be very very careful when investing in Bank long term product and ask many questions like :
1) What will be the opening price of this Fund
2) what is this Fund actually invested in
I invested in Maybank 5 year callable Myr range accrual Floating rate
This Fund dropped 10% on opening price
maybank also said Fund was invested in Maybank Bonds & certain derivatives .

Looks like the Cow business --- now opening a restaurant in other parts of the world .
Will it be high end beef as well . Point is ------ what is the connection ----------- oil palm business and RESTAURANT in Middle EAST ?

Re-Tong Kooi Ong --- Forex ---there are thousands of forex players trading everyday on currencies . Does trading against RGT a CRIME ? Trading against USD is okay ?
If Bank Negara doesn't have competent people on the job , that's the reason why the RINGGIT is falling drastically , not because of Currency traders like the many thousands not mentioned .

Or what is the latest rumours from Indon as to scrapping Export tax for Palm Oil ( competition from Malaysia )

Does anybody know if Indonesia which is No 1 in palm oil exports has already imposed zero export tax for Palm oil . Malaysia has imposed zero export tax in 2014 but will lift it in 2015 .

Am much much more optimistic about this counter . It would be an ideal counter to keep LONG TERM .

Very very strange ! Somebody doesn't like this stock value to go up ?
Why ? Everybody is EXPECTING this stock to go even much much higher due to positive INSIDER dealings , and we also believe this will happen !

EPS already better with latest results . However the adding of new shares will actually DILUTE the EPS by amount of increase , in this case 20% .
If we monetise the 20% dilution , it would be approx. Rgt 150,000 in profits .
On the other side , if all the increase in Share Capital of approx. Rgt 9 million ----- which at est 5% interest = rgt 450,000.
On a rough estimate , future results will reflect better numbers with less interest payments , and hopefully with higher manpower will give more revenue . Overall anticipated better results in the coming quarters .

Last earnings per share is 0.18 . Price of share is approx. 0.115
cant understand rationale for such a low PE ( not even PE of 1 )
can anybody explain ? Usually companies also trade with minimum of PE 5 and above which means price of share should be approx. 0.80 to 0.90

Worst case scenario , it will still be a plus as it improves the EPS situation which is practiced by major US companies .

If INSIDER is INCREASING holdings ---------- usually it means something good and strong is happening . Worst case scenario , it will still be a plus as it improves the EPS situation which is practiced by major US companies .
A placement of shares is usually positive and will spike the shares if and when the market knows the new shareholder has great ability to improve market share / profitability of company . Fund houses buying in also signify CONFIDENCE .

Something interesting is happening or will happen and the price will most probably go UP !
Actually if U read the latest financials , the EPS ( earnings per share is already 18 cents ) so logically the market price should be much much higher than that
