All oil and gas and also refinery stocks in the US are moving north today.
The share price of Hengyuan can close above 5.59 today is good enough to keep uptrend intact.
The share price moving up north slowly is good.

HRC earning peak at Q3 2017 Gross profit of about RM 428 million with PAT of RM 361 million and HRC price peak at RM 19.2 at Dec 29 2017.

Gross profit = 1.4 billion, the share price at 4.96 is still cheap.
In 2017, the share price shoot up from 5.90 in July 2017 to 19.50 in December 2017.
Please note that the gross profit is only 428 million in 2017.

The true value of Hengyuan has not reflected yet. Likewise to Petronm.
Hope many foreign investors like EU or US will bid for Hengyuan since there is no sufficient refinery in the world now.
If the Chinese owner is not competent, EU or US investor can takeover.
Then the true value of Hengyuan will surface.
The present market cap of Hengyuan at 1.29 billion is too low.
The true value at least worth USD5 billion or RM22 billion.
My 2 cents comment.

The above means US $ 13 billion for a refinery with a capacity 210k bpd.

The capacity of Hengyuan is 155k bpd.
Hence Hengyuan should worth =USD13/210*155=USD9.6 billion.
Hengyuan plant is about 40 years old, should worth at least USD5 billion or RM22 billion.
