Look like my sifu Mr Ooi selected the correct sector on oil and gas.
Hibiscus-WC, Carimin, Eatech and Uzma outperformed the market.
Hope he will do well in 2019.

I find it very difficult to make money in Bursa.
Sell at 0.59, buy back at 0.40, make 0.19 gain.
So easy to make money, I wish to learn from you.

KYY quote it wrongly from my sifu OTB.
According to my sifu, the GROSS production cost is USD 15 for Anasuria and USD 11 for N Sabah.
You can get them from the latest quarter report.

GROSS production cost means the production cost to extract crude oil from oil rig only.
This does not not include sale expenses, administrative work cost from head office, overhead cost and other expenditures in head office.

Base on PAT, PAT is 32% of revenue cost according to the latest quarter result (Q1 2019).

I wonder how many of his share TP price actually reach. Anyone track his recommendation and TP?

We do not even bother to know what is the target price.
Once we feel that we had made enough profit, we will sell.
Sell at 10% or 20% discount to the target price still make a lot of money.
Should leave some bones for all high risk investor. Do not take all.
We sold VS at 6.00 in 2015, the price went up to > 8.00.
The target price for VS in 2015 is around 6.00.

Next quarterly profit after tax may be very roughly guessed at RM74m, or eps 4.66sen.

RM 300 million per year is good enough.
Please review and include extraordinary gain in your calculation.
What is your final PAT for 2019 ?
This number is very important to determine the target price of Hibiscus.

I made million in 2015, I also lost money on PJDev, Plenitu, Asiapac and others.
Overall I still made million in 2015.

No one will guarantee you 100% winning in any stock.
You are not an investor if you cannot take any loss.

In 2015, the winner stocks are
Latitud
Liihen
Hevea
Pohuat
VS
Kesm
GKent

The aforesaid stocks had gone up a few hundred %, the gain in these stocks can cover for the loss in other stocks.

You gain a few hundred % and you lost a small %, overall you still net gain.
Do not only quote the losing money stocks only, it is not fair.

He is so stupid to quote 2015 because in 2015, most of the stocks Mr Ooi recommended went up > 100%.
Mr Ooi was the champion in 2015 stock pick competition. ROI is 129%.

Can you explain why Hibiscus-WC and not Hisbiscus?
Hisbiscus price on 31th Dec 2018 RM 0.84. Highest closing year 2018 is RM 1.28 on OCT 2 and Brent crude oil price at that date is USD 85.63/barrel
Hisbiscus-WC price on 31th Dec 2018 RM 0.425. Exercise Price: RM 1.00 Maturity Date: Mar 18 2021. Price on Oct 2 2018 is RM 0.50.
By the end of 31th Dec 2019 the Hisbiscus-WC only has another 15 months 18 days before expired. Isn’t it saver to invest now in Mother rather than the WC?

According to our discussion, Mr Ooi said that the target price of Hibiscus is more important than premium.
According to Mr Ooi's calculation, he assumes the price of Hibiscus to hit 2.00 in 2019.
If Hibiscus hits 2.00, the ROI is 138%.
If Hibiscus hits 2.00, the price of Hibiscus-WC is 1.20 assuming a 10% premium. The ROI is 182%.
This is a competition, Mr Ooi wants a high ROI and also high gearing.
Mr Ooi can buy 2,000 of Hibiscus-WC instead of 1,000 of Hibiscus.
