SAMAIDEN GROUP BERHAD ("SAMAIDEN" OR THE "COMPANY") ADJUSTMENTS TO THE EXERCISE PRICE AND NUMBER OF OUTSTANDING WARRANTS 2021/2026 IN SAMAIDEN AS CONSTITUTED BY THE DEED POLL DATED 1 JUNE 2021 ("DEED POLL") ("OUTSTANDING WARRANTS") PURSUANT TO THE BONUS ISSUE OF UP TO 224,000,000 NEW ORDINARY SHARES OF SAMAIDEN ("SAMAIDEN SHARES" OR "SHARES") ("BONUS SHARES") ON THE BASIS OF 2 BONUS SHARES FOR EVERY 3 EXISTING SAMAIDEN SHARES HELD AS AT 5.00 P.M. ON 13 JUNE 2022 ("ENTITLEMENT DATE") ("BONUS ISSUE")

Samaiden Group Berhad is a Malaysia-based is an investment
holding company. The Company is involved in engineering, procurement,
construction and commissioning (EPCC) of solar photovoltaic (PV) systems and
power plants. The Company's other business activities include provision of
renewable energy (RE) and environmental consulting services, as well as
operations and maintenance (O&M) services. Its environmental consulting
services include environmental assistance, waste management, energy efficiency
and green services. It provides solutions to the residential, commercial and
industries.
How to be entitled
To be entitled for any of the above, you need to purchase the shares one trading day before the ex-Date. You will not be entitled for the above if you purchase the shares on or after the ex-Date. On ex-Date, the price will be adjusted to reflect the theoretical market price of the stock after the entitlement. You can sell the shares on / after ex-Date and still be entitled to the corporate exercise. The key is to purchase the shares before ex-Date.
