Leform Berhad is a Malaysia-based company, which is principally involved in the manufacturing and trading of steel products. The Company's segments include manufacturing of steel products and trading in steel products. Its products include round steel pipe, cold rolled pipe, hollow section pipes, cold drawn pipe, and steel plate slit coil. Its products are used in various end-user industries, including furniture, construction as well as industrial product manufacturing industries, which include automotive parts and telecommunication tower pole part manufacturing. Through its subsidiaries, the Company is also principally involved in the manufacturing and trading of steel pipes, guardrails and flat steel products. Its processing facilities are based in Malaysia. It also exports its products to international markets, such as New Zealand, Singapore, and Cambodia. Its customer base encompasses building material or steel trading companies as well as manufacturers and contractors.

To be entitled for any of the above, you need to purchase the shares one trading day before the ex-Date. You will not be entitled for the above if you purchase the shares on or after the ex-Date.
