ADJUSTMENTS TO THE EXERCISE PRICE AND NUMBER OF OUTSTANDING WARRANTS 2021/2024 IN KOMARKCORP BERHAD ("KOMARKCORP") AS CONSTITUTED BY THE DEED POLL DATED 6 JANUARY 2021 ("DEED POLL C") ("WARRANTS C") PURSUANT TO THE RENOUNCEABLE RIGHTS ISSUE OF UP TO 817,817,238 NEW ORDINARY SHARES IN KOMARKCORP ("KOMARKCORP SHARES" OR "SHARES") ("RIGHTS SHARES") AT AN ISSUE PRICE OF RM0.08 PER RIGHTS SHARE TOGETHER WITH UP TO 272,605,746 FREE DETACHABLE WARRANTS IN KOMARKCORP ("WARRANTS D") ON THE BASIS OF 3 RIGHTS SHARES TOGETHER WITH 1 FREE WARRANT D FOR EVERY 3 EXISTING SHARES HELD BY THE ENTITLED SHAREHOLDERS OF KOMARKCORP AT 5.00 P.M. ON 29 MAY 2023 ("RIGHTS ISSUE WITH WARRANTS")

To be entitled for any of the above, you need to purchase the shares one trading day before the ex-Date. You will not be entitled for the above if you purchase the shares on ex-Date.

On ex-Date, the price will be adjusted to reflect the theoretical market price of the stock after the entitlement. You can sell the shares on / after ex-Date and still be entitled to the corporate exercise. The key is to purchase the shares before ex-Date.
