KUALA LUMPUR: Malaysia's next round of economic stimulus should again focus on improving the B40 and M40 groups' purchasing power to boost domestic spending, economists said.

Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) has on 16 April 2020 issued a Directive on Additional Temporary Relief Measures to Listed Issuers in view that with the extended MCO, listed issuers with QR due by May 31, 2020, may not have sufficient time to prepare and issue such reports and had granted an extension of time until June 30, 2020 for such issuance.



Therefore, the Company will utilise the extension of time granted by Bursa Securities and will ensure that its QR is issued latest by June 30, 2020. Further, the Board wishes to inform that the Company will make application to Companies Commission of Malaysia to delay to hold its 30th Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) of the Company pursuant to Section 340(4) of the Companies Act 2016.


The Board will determine and announce the appropriate date to hold its forthcoming AGM in due course.


This announcement is dated June 1, 2020.

Price should above rm1.5 before June 30 huat ah ;)
