cytew If you buy at 5.5 sen now, virtually you are buying IPO of pictureworks (PW) at 27.5 sen per share,because after full acquisition of picture works, more than 80% of puc profit comes PW

Cytew, if 80% of the profits are from PUC, this mean PUC own existing business isn't sufficient. What happened then their business of the apz, the 11th street?

Puc is same as Netx keep issue pp shares from 15 Sen, 12 Sen 12 8 , 6 , 5 4.5 ......3... 2.5...2..1.5...
Normally they will sell 2 months before pp, later top up from pp shares, the price will b lower n lower but they are getting more n more shares without forking out a single sen, new puc pp share could b 4.8 Sen but they have sold more than 200 million @5.5 Sen....

Be extra careful with co with huge paid up capital (billions of shares) and share consolidations/ PP/right issues etc with lousy results, and also with con promoter promoting in I3 non stop

The difference of 0.5 ct is equal to consolidation after price of 2.5 cts.

5 cents become 25 cents. 5.4 cents become 27 cents. 5.5 cents become 27.5 cents

I wonder if after consolidation taken place, how much more price will fall.

Fall to 20 cents after price consolidation, that makes price at 4 cents

cytew Daily 8, Revenue boss had taken all my proposals and advices to him closely and implement them accordingly to my suggested sequence and timing, while PUC boss was not, but now he had already took my proposal and advices closely and my suggested sequence by implementing (1) share consolidation, (2) acquisition of remaining 67% of Puctureworks (3) 30% private placement... accordingly
