@Doomsdays, it is purely on chart indicator. It may vary day in day out as it is algorithmic depending on buy vs sell, vol etc. But fundamentally PUC not doing good judging from lau sai QR. But, somehow Operators had enough accumulate the shares at very super low discount price lorr. The time will tell
