warrants will only be free if you subscribe to the rights issue, if you sell your rights and not subscribe to the rights, then no free warrant

personal fee...9 ct seems to find bottom...is stay consolidate 9 to 10.5 for 2 weeks with low volumn..then get some for medium term....if next Q result is positive..12 n above is just a matter of days...
