The bull continues today :)

MSCI's benchmark for global equity markets rose 2.15% to 591.38, while Europe's broad FTSEurofirst 300 index closed up 0.94% at 1419.84. On Wall Street, the Dow Jones Industrial Average rose 1.95% and the S&P 500 gained 1.95%. The Nasdaq Composite added 2.59%, lifting the tech-heavy index to its highest close since early September when it peaked.

NEW YORK, Nov 5 (Reuters) - The dollar slipped and global stock markets surged on Thursday as investors bet Republicans would be able to halt major policy changes under a Joe Biden presidency, while the Bank of England became the latest central bank to announce more stimulus.

With both Georgia U.S. Senate seats headed for possible runoff elections in January, the state could determine whether Republicans retain a majority in the Senate.

Biden drew closer to defeating Republican President Donald Trump as counting continued from Tuesday's elections, even as the Trump campaign said it expected to launch more legal actions and would emerge victorious.

Investors leapt on the prospect of gridlock in Congress and the notion Silicon Valley will be spared greater oversight if the Democrats in fact are unable to control the Senate.

Tech shares in Europe jumped 2.5%, extending a rally of just over 8% this week, while the tech-heavy Nasdaq composite index, S&P 500 and Dow industrials each rose about 2%.

European stocks hit two-week highs on strong earnings results and after the BofE increased its already huge bond-buying stimulus by 150 billion pounds ($195 billion), or about 50 billion pounds more than expected.

The Federal Reserve kept its loose monetary policy intact and pledged again to do whatever it can in coming months to sustain a U.S. economic recovery threatened by the spreading coronavirus pandemic.

"All indications in the market seem to really be putting this whole event in the rearview mirror, which is a little surprising to me considering how tight some of this stuff is," said Patrick Leary, chief market strategist and senior trader at Incapital in Minneapolis.

Equities have surged as the size of a fiscal stimulus deal reached in a divided Congress to support the economy is likely to be much smaller than anticipated under a Biden-led blue wave.

But that likely will force the Fed to pump more money into markets, which ultimately supports equities.

Further boost to tech stocks during budget day today probably. :)

The SME sector continues to be the backbone of Malaysia’s economy. The COVID-19 pandemic has forced SMEs to change their business strategies, operations and conduct, as well as to search for new sources and opportunities for business. Whilst SMEs recognize that technology, digital platforms and online trading infrastructure are crucial to survive their challenges, their workforce also needs to be upskilled. During these difficult times, SMEs may also be looking to divest their non-core assets or investments in order to finance their business operations and survive.

As part of Budget 2021, the Government could consider supporting the SME sector in the following manner:

Provide an Investment Tax Allowance on targeted capital expenditure to encourage SMEs to invest in improvements and improvisation to their business operations
Allocate funds by Development Financial Institutions to SMEs to invest in technology, digital platforms and online trading infrastructure
Provide double deduction on training expenditure to reskill or upskill employees
Extend the exemption from Real Property Gains Tax (RPGT) to SMEs disposing real properties during the COVID-19 pandemic period (this exemption is currently only available to individuals)
Provide tax deduction on costs incurred by SMEs in rescheduling and restructuring their existing financing arrangements and in undertaking internal group restructuring, including mergers and acquisitions
Provide stamp duty and RPGT exemptions to SMEs undertaking restructuring or participating in any mergers and acquisitions during the COVID-19 pandemic period
Extend the recently introduced seven-year limitation for the carry-forward of business losses, reinvestment allowance and investment allowance

:) let’s see.

Limit-up refers to the maximum amount by which the price of a stock may advance in a single trading session while limit-down refers to the maximum price drop allowed. The price band for stocks priced below RM1 on Bursa Malaysia is 30 sen with stocks priced at RM1 and above at 30%.

(Nov 6): A global equity rally looked set to extend in Asia on Friday as investors bought into technology and health-care firms on bets the U.S. election results mean no major tax hikes or regulatory changes that could derail those sectors. The dollar slumped to its lowest in more than two years.

The S&P 500 rose almost 2% and is headed for its best week since April. The tech-heavy Nasdaq 100 surged closer to 3%, pushing its advance this week to more than 9%. Futures in Japan and Hong Kong pointed to modest gains. Federal Reserve officials kept interest rates near zero and made no change to asset purchases while stressing that the U.S. economy needs more fiscal and monetary policy support. Gold surged, while Treasuries were little changed. The yen strengthened past the closely watched 104 per dollar level.

“We’re seeing a resumption in leadership from technology,” said Tracie McMillion, head of global asset allocation strategy for Wells Fargo Investment Institute. “It appears markets really like the combination they think is most likely in terms of leadership going forward and that would be a Biden presidency with a Republican Senate.”

An international market analyst told StarBiz that markets have found their footing from the US election result where a split Congress has averted the risk of a “blue wave”.

“In the event of Trump retaining another term, the risk of a trade war is no longer something new. Meanwhile, Biden taking office would be an added bonus with trade tensions easing, ” he said.

The comments were in line with the performance of key Asian markets with indices rising to multi-week highs. Japan’s Nikkei Index was up 1.7% while China’s composite index gained 1.3% and Hong Kong’s Hang Seng Index jumped 3.2%.

Netx has to invest to grow. What is the cash burn? Can you see Netx'ss sustainability to profitability? When will it be consistently profitable and how much will this profit be?

How are the insiders making money in and from Netx the last 10 years? How will the insiders make money in and from Netx today and the next 2 years? What should the insiders do with their shares in Netx and with their Netx-WC?

What are your reasons for investing?

Invert. Always invert. Second level thinking.

Good morning all.

conman calvin, dishonest raider, whiners, groaners and moaners are all swimming naked. Victor Yong has also accepted this fate as his target price is below the 1 sen per share price (before consolidation).

We are now looking at Netx post October 2020, post consolidation and post RI. 20% of Netx shares and 20% of Netx-WC were traded yesterday alone when the prices rose. Distribution of these shares to NEW SUCKERS has started. Some are OLD SUCKERS hoping to win back enough money to buy a panty to cover their nakedness.

Let us enjoy the show and reassess their returns 12 months from today.

Good morning. Have a great day.

Memang betul fair value of Netx is between 15sen to 23 sen without listing premium mah...!!

B4 consolidation 25 to 1 consolidation when netx at 1 sen, Now should worth 25 sen mah...!!

Lu pakai otak think loh...!!

Do not listen to sohai naysayers very jealous mah...!!

Net Assets per share attributable to owners
of the Company (RM) 0.02 @ 31/8/2020 (839m less 626m= 213mil shares after consolidation excluding the RI ~626m shares).

Net assets per share after RI based the QR as at 31.8.2020 ~ [(213mil x 25 shares x 2sen) + (626m x 13sen)]/839mil ~23sen#

PB value ~ 0.5x ((harga lelong))

Cash per share ~[RM46m + RM82mil]/839mil = 15sen++ ((kaya tunai))

The price of warrant closely follows the price of its parent stock.

Warrant has a lifespan which is very short and no dividend is distributed to its owners.

They are mainly for short term speculation.

Do not buy company warrants and structured warrants.

Those with warrants given out "free of charge" as a result of rights issue subscription or bonus issues, their chances of winning are next to none if held to exercise date.

One of the most foolish ways is to squander your hard-earned money on speculative warrants, like NetX because short-term speculation is an effective way to part with your hard-earned money.
