Guys , allow me to shares my views on Netx...Netx shares outstanding was appro. % billion shares and the consolidation reduce it to appro..200 million and if the operate want to push it they can...but that not what in their mind...

What are their plan :

a. Keep the price close to 13 cts to discourage investors to subsribe for it thus undersubscription and they will mope up the diff.

b. If my view is correct, they will start pushing tomorrow till the new rights shares to be listed . Lot of Sohai will chase and get burned .

c. If my take is correct, expect the shares to go up from tomorrow . Do not expect the shares to close higher that 15cts likely 14.5cts...

Let wait and watch the show...Raider will be laughing against the Naysayers , .....

While the election outcome hinged on a dwindling set of uncounted votes in a handful of battleground states, Biden maintained an edge over Trump. But uncertainty still loomed as the Republican incumbent mounts legal challenges to vote counts.

The Nikkei and Topix indexes were poised to mark their biggest weekly gains since late May, last up more than 5% each.

Among the stocks that gained the most among the top 30 core Topix names, Daikin Industries rose 4% after it made upward revisions to its net profit forecast for the year ending March 2021.

Toyota Motor climbed 2.35% ahead of its earnings report later in the day, after a media reported that the company would more than double its full-year operating profit forecast Nintendo spiked 2.56% after the company raised its full-year operating profit forecast by 50%.

Elsewhere, Eisai extended gains after posting a near 18% jump in the previous trade, last up 7.34%, on expectations that the company and its partner Biogen Inc BIIB.O moved closer to receiving the U.S. FDA's nod for their Alzheimer drug. - Reuters

I understand the only solution for u to protect yourself is to learn & gather more investment skills as fast as possible loh...!!

All investment recommendations must be investigated carefully b4 u purchase loh...!!

If u decide to speculate instead of invest, then u must set a cut position or stop position when the share price start to drop loh..!

Stocks that offer u good growth prospect with margin of safety n pays a reasonable dividend with good brand or name are potential good business prospect, provided it do not trade at overvalue prices loh...!!

Invest for longterm give u better success rate compare with speculation loh!

U notice Raider talk like speculator but actually raider is a an investor loh...!!

Raider investment fund are 10x more than my speculation fund loh..!!

Stockraider: I invested in so-called safe risk investment by a big and famous global bank (***C) but is totally outside of your control (not share market). That time did not know about stock market hence put most savings there (outside of emergency funds). Was good in the first few years, then the great China slump years back causes the investment to lose out big. Very coordinated moves by the elite banks/investment players if you ask me especially the timing.

Then later join stock market and started into speculative shares by listening to rumors (even from so-called insider news). Got burnt again and stop buying anything for few years.

Stockraider if you can apply for 1.5 million excess RI that mean many people thow in the towel.
By the time you get the Right shares into your account the market price already drop below 13 cents. So more losses to you instead of selling your Netx before 25 to 1 at 1.5 cents to book 50% gain you are now going to loss more

I think raider strategy is quite sound & safe.

My analysis are as follows;

He has taken into account of the 25 to 1 consolidation, that will render all the existing shareholders of netx to lose monies including the major shareholders.

He has subscribe for the very generous rights issue with warrants & has applied for additional enormous excess rights issue .

If market fear NETX & do not subscribe for the rights issue bcos of weaknesses in NETX share price, i think Raider will hit his jackpot.

Conclusion I think Raider investment plan on NETX is very well thought of & quite sound.

Sometime you need to be unconventional like Raider to make it big in the market.

25sen ++ is not far away :) 2.5days from nov 4 to today's lunch already more than 500mil shares traded, total shares issued only ~839mil shares :)

If u compute and work backward till 30sen, the daily value of shares traded daily was peanut. Above 20sen++ with such high volume since 2 days is not a dream. :)
