（吉隆坡22日讯）大马电子博彩机供应商RGB国际（RGB,0037,主板贸服组）计划分拆旗下技术支援与管理（TSM）业务和寻求明年在香港股票交易所上市。

公司董事经理拿督蔡金城接受财经周报《The Edge》访问时表示，该公司需要更多资金扩展业务。

该公司董事部已讨论此事宜，并批准他委任一名上市赞助商以展开分拆行动，预期可在2019年下半年上市。

他说，将子公司上市是RGB国际扩展业务至亚洲以外地区的策略，目标市场包括南美洲和加勒比海，该公司在吉隆坡、新加坡、澳门、柬埔寨、菲律宾、越南、东帝汶、寮国和尼泊尔设有办事处。
