Fortune888, The risk with Shale continue to exists. I don't think the oil price will be back to $100/tong anytime soon. Hovering this level will give more confidence to oil producers pump in more capital expenditure which is long overdue with the depleting reserve. With Russia getting $5B military project from Saudi, will likely to point to an agreement from OPEC to push cut into better half of 2018. Huat Ah!

Opec deal done, cut extended, but oil is rising very slowly, not realy reacting on the news as fast as we would like to see. PERISAI IS NOT PRODUCING OIL ANYMORE. FPSO kamelia is decommissioned back in May. better cut loose befor too late, we can alwayse get back and ride as i believe once it start to ride up it will go all the way to 0.12, and if not, it will fall as low as 0.005. Up to you guys..i am out.

best to cut lost but depend on you market very bad. and while other stock chances to recover is better this stock can KO by febuary if no knight in shinning armour.
