I think that the counter cannot go too high because of the private placement, otherwise the recipients will have to pay too much.

The proposal mentions a sample price of 50sen for the PP (this would be approximately the price that covers the acquisition and the associated expenses).

Any price rise now is perhaps to create a feel good mood for the Multiple Proposals. It will probably come back down to 50.0 - 55.0sen for the PP price fixing.

It is quite likely that the price will move up again after the PP as the company seems to be well run and is profitable.
