You cannot create wealth by dividing RM 1 to two 50cents. You need to use the RM 1 to generate revenue and create earning to build wealth
So monitor the quartery result earning. If earning is poor price will come down.

If you remove one-off insurance compensation of RM12m, the company’s latest quarterly EPS would b less than 1sen. That was achieved on RM70m sales, which can b annualised into RM280m a year. The company’s target of achieving RM300m for 2020, and RM400m actually doesn’t mean much as its profitability is so low.

Over an hour plus on equity tracker, no viewers including the hosts asked about this obvious issue of low margin. They are laughably more excited about bonus issue and top line numbers, and more or less wasted an hour plus.

TA wise, Fred Tam has specifically mentioned about the breakout in his Telegram: -
NOTION: (1) How Chart Patterns (Ascending Triangle B.O.) measured the breakout and targets and (2) How Jap Candlesticks spotted the Top & U-Turn. Superb techniques in action!! Kudos to technical analysis!! All praise to TA.

NOTE - When the proposed bonus issue was first announced on 16/1/20, the price went up from 1.03 to a high of 1.38 on 30/1/20.
This is the level to lookout for. If the buying continues to be agressive tmrw, it might hit limit-up at 1.40 !!

HDD technology is over...HDD only for server and cloud technology purpose . tablet and laptop no longer need HDD. compare 10 years ago and now demand is getting less and less.
If HDD as your point to buy or hold into Notion, it is too risky.
If you buy or hold base on chart , maybe you can hold for few days more.
Risk : down is more than up.
