Correct. Like I said before here, we as investors don’t even bother about their CNC for mask la, UV la, Dyson all these. Results speaks everything. Topglove boss don’t even bother to say all these things. But see their results.

Summary for expansion plan-PPE(CAPEX 10mil)(ROI-6 month), so basically return for PPE segment will generate around 5mil for Jul-Sep quarter.
Face mask:
-Invested in 3 lines-8 million 3 ply surgical face mask per month. (Up June)-Local and export market
-Invested in 1 line-4 million 4 ply medical face mask per month. (Up August)-Export Market, mainly to US.
-Face mask est sales: RM11.2 mil a month
-Face mask local sales through distributorship and online sales whilst exports will be through in-house marketing and our customer channels.

PP melt-blown fabric machinery for output(80% costs of mask)
-Invested 2 machines-20 tons per month(Up June)
-Invested 2 machines-20 tons per month(Up August)
-Notion will develop in-house spinneret mould and reengineer for MB production machinery in 3 months
-PP MB est sales: RM6.3 mil a month
-PP MB we have ready buyers in China and also local enquiries from face mask makers.

1.Others face maker only mention double digit profit, dare not confirm the % but Notion do mention their mask business can achieve 30% gross profit as they can control over the price of raw mat.

2.Early July Thoo mention to add 4 more line for mask?WHY add? Thoo mention in an interview they won't simply do something for no reason, he claim that there are alot enquiry about their mask, so I believe the demand for mask from oversea is there and not charter for local market but oversea. So 4 more line added to 8 production line in total with output 20mil pieces a month compare just 10-12 mil amonth.
Forwarded earning from RM5mil for mask and now should be around RM9 mil or even more due to economic of scale.

In conclusion
Face mask shortage is another issue facing oversea, even the barrier f entry very low, but why so many listed company include, SCGM, PECCA, ICONIC, NI SHIN and forth into this PPE segment.
MASK on is the new norm in oversea especially during this critically pandemic period. Do remember Notion Automotive, EMS and HDD client can also be their distributor.

Share market is forward looking. If the face mask really contribute that much of earnings why the share price no movement? Look at glove counters. Please explain.

Ya major sales is coming from oversea(3ply/4ply/N95), but local(3ply) also got.
